PSYCHOLOGICAL
[Daan, in a literal sense, is kinda fucked in the head. Suffering from severe chronic depression, recurring anorexia and anxiety, he is in no sense a happy, or stable person. Diagnosed around the same time of his Excommunication and forced to leave his lover, Daan felt an overwhelming sadness and tried to take his life at the age of 20 while still actively fleeing the Inquisition. Luckily for others, sorta not for him, the suicide attempt failed, and all Daan was left with was a deep emptiness, and an outlook on life forever changed. Presently, Daan controls his anxiety and depression for the most part, or in a social sense. He simply masks the pain and anxiety, keeping it stored away to be let out in breakdowns when he is, or thinks he is alone. His major coping method is his work, and his self-classified 'ethereal' looks, which he prides himself in.

PHYSICAL
[Daan's physical state is pretty much pristine, aside from his almost anorexic body mass. Regarding overall health, he's very healthy, even though he has limited access to most medical equipment and accessories needed for treatment, surgeries, etc. Daan was diagnosed with aplastic anemia, which is a rare but very life-threatening disease, and was one of the reasons he joined the Imperial Guard, mainly for the benefits; but now struggles to find medicine for his treatment, and hopes for a change on the new planet. It's also why he sometimes gets very sick and appears deathly pale.
The young doctor holds some physical and beauty standards for himself, and doesn't really believe in vanity, and in some cases, rejects it. Daan is in no sense muscular, he is very lean however, and has a fairly toned and curvy shape, and is what would be called a 'twink' in the gay world: boyish, skinny, lean, and born with natural beauty, especially in the facial department.]

UPDATE 1: Now, currently lying asleep next to this boy, I'm really unsure of how to think at the moment. Having had my first kiss in many years, and first true human contact, it's safe to say that I like him a lot. Things are needless to say going pretty fast, but that's something we both talked about and don't really care about; we both want to move far away from the Imperium, have nothing to do with it, but for now, that's something that can't be helped. We're planning to try and move to the Outpost, and risk myself being caught, because it's very evident I can't afford to live out here anymore
